About Laura
Laura Bas is a generations expert who helps organisations translate these shifts into practical strategies that improve collaboration, performance and long term retention.
By the age of 25, Laura had already spoken at the United Nations, advocating for greater youth participation. Today, she is one of the leading voices on generational dynamics in the Netherlands, with a rapidly growing international presence.
For her book The GenZclopedia, she conducted the largest qualitative study in the Netherlands on young people in the workplace. Her research provides organisations with early insight into how expectations around work, leadership and development are evolving.
What sets Laura apart is her ability to translate complex generational shifts into clear, practical strategies that organisations can apply immediately. She helps leaders not only understand younger generations, but use those insights to strengthen collaboration and performance across the entire workforce.
